There are the times when we feel our worlds are upside down. There are the moments that we are feeling so blue and gloomy. There are the situations when we do not know what to do and just want to run away from everything. There are the conditions that our hearts being hurt and all you want to do just screaming out loud or crying so hard all day.
Everybody ever experiences the bad days. Everyone ever feels broken hearts. Every person ever has some loses. Every individual ever gets sicks or unpleasant feelings.
When all those bad things come, it is ok to take some breaks for a while. It is ok for being lazy and do nothing for a moment. It is ok to cry all day and let your negative feelings flow out from your body. It is ok to take some rests and sleep all day.
Take time as much as you need them. Let the time heal you. Let your body heals by itself. Let your heart grows more stronger. Let your mind thinks clearly. Let your soul finds peacefully.
Like children learn how to walk, they fall sometimes, but they will stand up immediately and try to walk again and again. Like kids learn how to ride bikes, they may get some injuries in their legs or knees but they still try to ride the bikes over and over. People may lose something like their jobs or careers, but they can try to look for the better replacement. Individuals may break up with their partners or divorce with their spouses, but they can always fix their broken hearts and move on to better life. Persons may get sicks or accidents, but they can always heal their health in to better conditions.
We all need pain in our life. Without pain, our life will be empty and boring. There will not be up and down, just a plain and flat feeling. When we have pain, we know that there are something going wrong. There are some problems need to be fixed. There are some conditions need to be done.
Pain is like an alarm for us to stop for a while from what we are doing at the moment, or we need to take some steps back if necessary. Pain that we are having when we are sick tell us that our bodies need our full attentions so we can take good care of ourselves. It tells us that there are something wrong happens in some parts of our bodies we need to cure or fix. It goes the same with what happens in our life. Pain that we experience from broken hearts indicate that there are something wrong occur in our relationships with our partners or our spouses. We need to consider them whether we are in healthy relationship or not and what we should do to compromise them. Pain that we get from losing jobs, careers or possession of something, remind us that what we had before might be not suitable for us.
When pain comes, just accept it. Embrace it. Enjoy the process. But do not forget to open your heart. Open your mind. There are so much possibilities out there. Sometimes you lose something small to get better ones instead. Or maybe the best ones yet will come. You never know.
